M\u00e9xico desde\u00a0<strong>1924<\/strong>, cuando fue instituido durante el gobierno del entonces presidente\u00a0<strong>\u00c1lvaro Obreg\u00f3n<\/strong>, con impulso del secretario de infancia<\/strong>\u00a0y fomentar una cultura de respeto hacia ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os, as\u00ed como promover su desarrollo integral.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mx-auto w-full font-default text-lg desde\u00a0<strong>1916<\/strong>, en Tantoyuca, Veracruz, ya se realizaban actividades para reconocer a la ni\u00f1ez, lo que sent\u00f3 las bases de esta conmemoraci\u00f3n en el Nacional de los Derechos Humanos (CNDH)<\/strong>, el D\u00eda del Ni\u00f1o no es solo un festejo, sino una oportunidad para:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promover el bienestar de la infancia<\/li>\n<li>Impulsar su inclusi\u00f3n social<\/li>\n<li>Garantizar el respeto a sus derechos<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar su desarrollo integral<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La instituci\u00f3n subraya que ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os son\u00a0<strong>titulares de derechos<\/strong>, no solo sujetos de protecci\u00f3n, lo que refuerza la importancia de esta fecha en la agenda p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no se celebra Ni\u00f1o<\/strong>\u00a0se conmemora el\u00a0<strong>20 de noviembre<\/strong>, fecha establecida por la\u00a0<strong>Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU)<\/strong>\u00a0tras la aprobaci\u00f3n de la Declaraci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o en 1959.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mx-auto w-full font-default text-lg font-normal leading-7 text-neutral-800 sm:text-xl celebraci\u00f3n.
